Alum’s Paper Wins 25 State and National Awards
The Riverdale Press, edited by alum Kate Pastor, took home 25 state and national awards.
These awards included 14 awards in the New York Press Association’s 2012 Better Newspaper Contest, which welcomes entries from community newspapers statewide, and 11 awards in the Local Media Association Editorial Contest, open to local papers nationwide. Congratulations! What a great accomplishment.
